Central Market’s Hatch Chile Festival

Central Market chefs are busy roasting chiles for the 22nd annual Hatch
Chile Festival. Starting on Wednesday, August 9, the store will host
cooking classes, feature hatch chile products, share recipes, and more.
The five Central Market locations bring over 330,000 pounds of New Mexican
hatch chiles into the state for the yearly celebration. You can find
Central Market’s love for hatch peppers in their more than 100 specialty
items from breads to meats, drinks and sweets. The festival concludes on
August 22 so make sure to stop in the store to sample authentic hatch
chile dishes while you shop…and bring a water bottle because they can get
spicy!
